753.56 PRIVATE DETECTIVES AND INVESTIGATORS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a private detective and/or investigator shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “private detective or investigator” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 18, Section 2. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
