753.55 PHYSICIANS, SURGEONS AND PODIATRISTS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a physician, surgeon or podiatrist shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “physician, surgeon and/or podiatrist” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 3, Section 4(3) and (4). (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
