753.53 OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of an osteopathic physician and/or surgeon shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “osteopathic physician or surgeon” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 14, Section 2. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
