753.52 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of an occupational therapist shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “occupational therapist” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 28, Section 3(e).
