753.51 MEDICAL CORPORATIONS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a medical corporation shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section, “medical corporation” means that same corporation as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 3, Section 15.
