753.50 LAND SURVEYOR.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of land surveyor shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “land surveyor” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 13A, Section 2(e).
