753.49 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a landscape architect shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section, “landscape architect” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 22, Section 2.
