753.48 INSURANCE COMPANY.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of insurance company shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section “insurance company” means the same companies as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 33, Article 3, Section 4.
