753.47 INSURANCE BROKER.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of insurance broker shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section “insurance broker” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 33, Article 12, Section 2.
