753.46 HEARING AID FITTERS AND DEALERS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of hearing aid fitters and/or dealers shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). When used in this section, “hearing aid fitters and dealers” means the same person or persons as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 26, Section 1. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
