753.45 FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a funeral establishment shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). When used in this section, “funeral establishment” means the same establishment as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 6, Section 4.
