753.42 EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of an embalmer or funeral director shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “embalmer or funeral director” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 6, Section 4. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
