753.39 CHIROPRACTORS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of chiropractor shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “chiropractor” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 16, Sections 2 and 4.
