753.38 BARBERS AND BEAUTICIANS SCHOOLS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of operating barbers and/or beauticians schools shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). When used in this section, “barbers and beauticians schools” means the same schools as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 27, Section 8. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
