753.37 BARBER, BEAUTICIAN OR MANICURIST.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a barber, beautician, or manicurist, shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “barber, beautician, or manicurist” means the same person or persons as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 27, Section 3. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
