753.36  AUCTIONEER.
   Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of an auctioneer shall be five dollars ($5.00).  When used in this section, “auctioneer” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 19, Article 2C, Section 5.
