753.34 ATTORNEYS.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of attorney shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “attorney” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 2, Section 1. (Ord. 1987-2. Passed 4-27-87.)
