729.04 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.

Franchisee shall, at all times during the life of this Franchise, be subject, when not inconsistent with this Franchise, to all lawful exercise of the police power by the City and such reasonable regulation as the City shall hereafter provide.
