713.16 WATER USED IN MANUFACTURING ICE.

No ice shall be sold or exposed for sale except that manufactured from water approved by the Health Officer or his authorized representative. The Health Officer or his authorized representative may stop the manufacturing or sale of ice made from an impure or dangerous water supply. (1972 Code §8-16)
