713.03 EXAMINATION AND CONDEMNATION OF UNWHOLESOME FOOD PRODUCTS.

Samples of food products may be taken and examined by the Health Officer or his duly authorized representative as often as he deems necessary for the detection of unwholesomeness or adulteration. Such samples shall be tested and analyzed in accordance with the procedure set for the public health laws of the State. (1972 Code §8-3)
