(a) No person shall willfully cut, mark, injure, disfigure or destroy any shade or ornamental tree growing in the public grounds, streets, alleys or sidewalks of the City, unless so ordered or permission to do so is granted by the City Manager or his designee.
(b) No person shall injure, deface, or destroy, or post or fasten any bill or advertisement to any tree or any pole erected for utility purposes.
