   Whoever violates Section 529.01(a) or 529.02(a) shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   Whoever violates Section 529.01(b) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).  (Ord. 1990-5.  Passed 5-1-90.)
