363.07  PARKING TIME LIMITS AND FEES.
   (a)    Upon the deposit of such coin and the operation of such meter, the parking space may be lawfully occupied by the vehicle during the period of parking time, according to the coin or coins deposited therein, as follows:
      (1)    Zone 1. The deposit of each five cent (5¢) coin in such meter will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated area for a period of thirty minutes; a deposit of each ten cent (10¢) coin or two five cent (5¢) coins in such meter will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated space for a period of one hour; a deposit of fifteen cents (15¢) in such meter will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated space for a period of one and one-half hours; and a deposit of twenty cents (20¢) in such meter will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated space for a period of two hours; except, the meters in front of the U. S. Post Office Building on the east side of Second Street at which point the legal parking limit shall be limited to twelve minutes. The deposit of each one cent (1¢) coin will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated space for a period of twelve minutes.
      (2)    Zone 2. The deposit of each five cent (5¢) coin in such meter will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated area for a period of one hour; a deposit of each ten cent (10¢) coin or two five cent (5¢) coins will permit the vehicle to be parked in such designated space for a period of two hours, and a deposit of fifteen cents (15¢) will permit the vehicle to be parked in the designated space for a period of three hours.
   (b)    Such parking periods shall be indicated on the parking meters, as provided in Section 363.04, but, should it be deemed advisable by Council, parking in the more congested districts of the parking meter zones may be limited and for the purposes of this article the legend on any parking meter shall be notice to all persons of the legal parking periods in the parking space adjacent thereto.
