363.06  PARKING METER HOURS; DEPOSIT OF COINS.
   When a vehicle is parked in any space adjacent to which a parking meter is located, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. according to the time then in effect in the City, on any day except Sunday or a legal holiday, and for the periods of time and in the manner hereinafter provided in this section, upon entering such parking space, or at the beginning of the limited parking period hereinafter provided if such vehicle has been parked in such space prior to that time, the operator of the vehicle shall immediately deposit, or cause to be deposited, in the parking meter adjacent to such space a coin of the United States, to cover the time intended to occupy the parking space, and operate the meter in accordance with the instructions thereon, and failure to do so shall constitute a violation of this section.
