361.17 FIRE LANES.

(a) The marking of fire lanes on public or private property devoted to public use shall be approved by the Chief of the Fire Department and the Chief of Police.

(b) Parking of motor vehicles or otherwise obstructing fire lanes shall be prohibited at all times.

(c) Any person who violates the provisions of this subsection shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 2002-4. Passed 3-19-02.)
