361.15  OWNER RESPONSIBLE FOR ILLEGAL PARKING.
   No person shall allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name to stand or park in any street in the City in violation of any ordinance of the City regulating the standing and parking of vehicles.  (1972 Code Sec. 13-10-18)
