There shall be a docket of the Municipal Court and it shall be the duty of the Municipal Police Court Judge to docket fully thereon all cases in the Court, and show thereon all fees, fines and costs adjudged and collected. The Municipal Police Court Judge shall, at least once a month, make a written report to the City Recorder showing all receipts for the previous month and shall pay over and deliver to the City Recorder all such moneys so received and to which the City is entitled, which moneys shall be deposited in the General Fund. Each such report shall be presented to the Council at its next regular meeting.
