141.01 VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created and established a Volunteer Fire Department for the City consisting of the Fire Chief, who shall be Director of the Department, and such other members as may be elected by its members. (1972 Code §7-1-1)
