148.05 MEETINGS.

The annual meeting of the Historic Landmarks Commission shall be held in September of each year. Regular meetings shall be held in addition to the annual meeting in November, January, March and May. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or any two members. All meetings shall require at least three days prior notice to the members.
