148.04 OFFICERS.

The officers of the Historic Landmarks Commission shall be elected annually by the members. There shall be a chairman, a vice-chairman, and a treasurer who shall be members of the Historic Landmarks Commission. There shall be a secretary who may or may not be a member of the Historic Landmarks Commission. The secretary, if a member of the Historic Landmarks Commission, and the treasurer may be the same person.
