There shall be five members of the Historic Landmarks Commission. Members of the Historic Landmarks Commission shall serve for five year terms; however, no member shall serve more than two such five year terms (or in the case of an original appointee, a five year term and the length of the original term). The original appointees shall serve staggered terms with one appointee’s term expiring December 31 of each year.
