770.16 TAX CONSTITUTES DEBT DUE CITY.

Any tax, penalties or interest due and payable under this article shall be a debt due the City and shall be recoverable in an action brought in the name of the City for the recovery of such tax, penalty or interest. (Ord. 2014-04. Passed 11-5-14.)
