375.09 MAYOR MAY SUSPEND REGULATIONS.

In the event that the Mayor declares a snow emergency, he may suspend such portions of this chapter as he may deem practicable during such emergency except that there shall be no suspension of the requirement that all snowmobiles and all purpose vehicles comply with the traffic laws of the City.
