353.06 NO PARKING AREAS.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized to designate parking spaces in the Central Business District parking area for no parking every day from the hours of 4:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. Such restrictions shall be designated by appropriate signage located in the Central Business District parking area.
