353.01 AREA ESTABLISHED.

   The Central Business District parking area shall be designated as including the following streets:

   (a)    Spring Street from its intersection with Wayne Street to its intersection with Pine Street;

   (b)    Main Street from its intersection with South Street to a point 200 feet north of the centerline of Spring Street;

   (c)    Front Street from its intersection with High Street to its intersection with South Street;

   (d)    Chestnut Street from its intersection with High Street to a point 235 feet south of the centerline of Spring Street.
