“Sidewalk” means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians, as well as any and all trails and walking paths located within City limits, including but not limited to the walking paths located in all City parks, the towpath/trails along the Miami/Erie Canal, the pedestrian path along Celina Road, and the pedestrian walkway which crosses U.S. Route 33.
