There is hereby created and established a City Tree Commission for the City of St. Marys, State of Ohio, which shall consist of seven members, six members who shall be residents of the City and a City representative all of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. In addition, the Commission shall have the right to call in consultants on approval of the Council and shall also appoint additional ex-officio members to the Committee as deemed necessary.
