155.03 RECREATION DEPARTMENT; DIRECTOR.

A Department of Recreation is hereby created in the City under the Director of Public Service and Safety. A Recreation Director shall be employed by the Director of Public Service and Safety at such salary as is provided in the wage ordinance as passed by Council.
