The Recreation Advisory Board shall elect a chairperson and secretary and shall establish a quarterly meeting time and place. All meetings of the Board shall be attended by the Mayor and the chairperson of the City Council Parks and Playground Committee, or their designated representatives. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the general public. The Board shall review, recommend, advise and comment on all recreation facilities and activities as may come before the Board or as referred to the Board by the Mayor.
