155.01 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.

(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to appoint a Recreation Advisory Board. Appointments to the Board shall be made by the Mayor in the number as he shall determine, not to exceed ten for a term of two years from the time of appointment. Two members shall be members of the St. Marys Board of Education or individuals recommended by the Board of Education. Other members shall be individuals who are active in the various recreational activities in the City as determined by the Mayor.

(b) All appointees and members, save and excepting one of the total number allowed, shall be residents of the City and shall serve without pay. One member shall be allowed to be a nonresident of the City.
