143.03 AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT IN POLICE OR FIRE DEPARTMENTS.

(a) No person shall be eligible to receive an appointment in the St. Marys Police Department unless such person has attained the ages as set forth in Section 124.41 of the Ohio Revised Code as it exists and may be amended.

(b) No person shall be eligible to receive an appointment in the St. Marys Fire Department unless such person has attained the ages as set forth in Section 124.42 of the Ohio Revised Code as it exists and may be amended. (Ord. 2013-21. Passed 7-8-13.)
