(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 735.01, 737.02 and 737.002, the Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized to adopt certain rules, regulations and procedures governing those matters that fall under his jurisdiction.
(b) When the Director adopts any rules, regulation, or procedure, pursuant to this section of the Codified Ordinances and the above sections of the Ohio Revised Code, he shall certify in writing the adoption of said rule, regulation and/or procedure with the date of its adoption. Copies of said rules, regulations and procedures shall be available for public inspection at all pertinent times in the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety.
(c) Any rule, regulation or procedure adopted pursuant to this section shall remain in effect and in force until such time as it is amended or rescinded by the Director.
