139.04 OPERATION OF MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL.

(a) The responsibility for the operation of the municipal swimming pool is placed with the Safety-Service Director. The Safety-Service Director is responsible for the establishment of rates at the municipal swimming pool.

(b) All proceeds from the operation of the municipal swimming pool shall be placed in the Swimming Pool Operation Fund.
