   135.03 DEPUTY TREASURER.
   (a)   The Treasurer is authorized to appoint a Deputy Treasurer to act for him while he is absent from the City.
   (b)    Such Deputy Treasurer shall be an employee of the City other than an employee of the Auditor's Office. No extra compensation shall be paid to a Deputy Treasurer by reason of holding such position.
