934.04 LIABILITY.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to imply that the City of St. Marys has accepted any of an owner/developer's liability if a permitted facility or use contaminates groundwater in any aquifer. (Ord. 2012-29. Passed 8-13-12.)
