(a) The Director of Public Service and Safety is hereby authorized to set load limits for bridges within the City that are not under the jurisdiction of the Auglaize County Engineer.
(b) Upon establishing a load limit, the Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized to erect appropriate signage indicating the load limits for that bridge.
(c) No person shall drive a motor vehicle over a bridge where such vehicle exceeds the posted load limits.
(d) A violation of this ordinance shall be deemed a minor misdemeanor.
