164.04 TYPES OF APPEALS.

The Board shall hear appeals from determinations of City officials wherein a specific right of appeal to the Board is granted. The Board shall have no jurisdiction, however, over matters heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Planning Commission, the Civil Service Commission or the Tax Board of Appeals.
