164.02 TERMS.

The term of the three persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be six (6) years except that the term of the three members appointed to the first Board shall be staggered in that one member shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years; one member shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years; and one member shall be appointed for a term of six (6) years. Each successive appointment shall be for a term of six (6) years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, such successor shall be appointed for any unexpired portion of the term.
