164.01 CREATED AND ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created and established an Administrative Board of Appeals for the City of St. Marys, State of Ohio, which shall consist of three (3) members who shall be residents of the City and who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. This body is referred to in this chapter as “the Board.”
