(a) The City of St. Marys hereby enacts a video service fee (VSP fee) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the video service provider’s gross revenues as defined in Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B).
(b) Such VSP fee shall be paid by each video service provider providing service to the City on a quarterly basis, but no sooner than forty-five (45) days nor later than sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter.
(c) This section replaces any previously enacted franchise fees.
(d) In conformance with a notice received by TSC Communications that TSC has applied for a video service authorization under Ohio law and that the Ohio Department of Commerce has issued a video service authorization to TSC Communications which remains in effect. (Ord. 2017-07. Passed 4-10-17.)
